Email Service Privacy Protection
When sending confirmation emails to users via Mailchimp, we apply privacy masking to personal information displayed in email templates:
- Names are masked (e.g., "홍길동" → "홍*동", "John Doe" → "J*** D**")
- Email addresses in template variables are masked (e.g., "john.doe@example.com" → "j***.d**@example.com")
- Company names, positions, and detailed message content are removed from email templates
- Original, unmasked information is retained in our internal systems and logs for business purposes, but is not transmitted to Mailchimp template variables
- The actual email address used for delivery is the original, unmasked address (required for Mailchimp to deliver emails)
International Data Transfers
GloZ operates internationally, and your personal data may be transferred outside your country. We comply with applicable laws including GDPR, CCPA, and PIPA, and implement appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, etc.).
